Mitchell County Democrats are invited to join the Yancey County Democrats for their Country Style Pig Pickin’ Rally. The event will feature delicious food, great music, and a chance to meet some of our Democratic candidates. There will be vegetarian and vegan options too.

The special guests will include:

• Sara Tabor, candidate for Commissioner of Agriculture

• Caleb Rudow, candidate for the U. S. House of Representatives

• Frank Patton Hughes, III, candidate for the N. C. Senate

• John T. Ford, candidate for the N. C. House

• Martin Moore, candidate for the N. C. Court of Appeals

There also will be many local candidates there.
